All of our items are made to order. We do not carry pre-made inventory. Once an order is placed, we start working on your order. We do this so we can provide you with tons of designs to choose from and even the choice to customize any of them. This also means that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We will accept returns & exchanges if there is something wrong with the item due to a mistake on our end.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
Processing times may vary due to high volumes of orders. We also go by the orders “event date.” We try very hard to make sure all orders are delivered in time for your “event date,” but we cannot guarantee them. Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We use calculated shipping directly through Shopify. This means that the shipping address (and any customs form information) is filled out automatically through our website based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly. If the package is returned to us, you can repurchase a label from us and we can then send it again once purchased or you can forfeit the item.

PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER
While we strive for perfection to send out only the very best items, in an effort to get our orders out quickly sometimes things get past us. If this happens to be the case:
Report any issues or damages within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Please also include photos of the item and a photo of the packaging/original shipping label.
